By purchasing a license for WP Smart Backup Pro or using the free version of the plugin ("the Plugin"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin. These Terms are between you and Robust Softech Private Limited ("Robust Softech", "we", "us").
Subject to your payment of the applicable license fee and compliance with these Terms, Robust Softech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use WP Smart Backup Pro on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your purchased plan (Starter: 1 site, Business: 5 sites, Agency: unlimited sites). The free version may be used on unlimited sites under the terms of the GPL v2 license.
Pro licenses are billed annually. Licenses renew automatically at the then-current renewal price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Customer Dashboard. We will send a renewal reminder email 14 days before each renewal date. Prices are subject to change; changes take effect at the next renewal.
We offer a 14-day full refund on all new Pro license purchases. Refunds are not available after 14 days, on renewals, or on licenses that have been used to generate migration packages for a live site deployment. To request a refund, visit our Refund Policy page or contact support within the 14-day window.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Robust Softech does not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, that backups will be complete or uncorrupted, or that restores will succeed in all environments. You are solely responsible for verifying backup integrity before relying on them for disaster recovery.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robust Softech's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Plugin shall not exceed the license fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Robust Softech be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Pro plugin, its source code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Robust Softech Private Limited. The free plugin is licensed under GPL v2. Your license to use the Pro plugin does not transfer any ownership rights.
Free version support is provided via the WordPress.org support forum on a best-effort basis. Pro and Business customers receive priority email support with a 24-hour response target on business days. Agency customers receive priority email and live chat support.
Robust Softech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Pro plugin. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active licensees by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Plugin after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
