You purchased a new Pro license within the last 14 days.
The plugin did not work as described and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and contact us before deploying.
You were charged twice due to a billing error on our end.

You are NOT eligible if…

More than 14 days have passed since your original purchase.
You are requesting a refund on an annual renewal (renewals are non-refundable).
You have used the migration package feature to deploy a site to a new host.
Your license was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
You simply changed your mind after a full year of use.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at refunds@wpsmartbackup.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. You can find your order number in your purchase receipt.

We Review

Our team reviews your request within 1 business day. If needed, we may ask a few questions or try to resolve the underlying issue before processing the refund.

Refund Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

License Deactivated

Upon refund, your Pro license is deactivated. Your sites will fall back to the free version automatically — no data is lost.
